The First Testament records the first fifty years of my life. It is written from hindsight, connecting events that only became meaningful when viewed together over time.

The Prologue

Episode 1 — The Windowless Room

Sunday, May 25, 2003 (Africa Day)

Theme:
The day I believed my earthly journey was coming to an end.

Questions explored:

• How did I end up in that hospital room?
• What was going through my mind?
• Why had I reached complete surrender?
• What happened just before everything changed?

This episode ends with the arrival of an unexpected moment—without revealing what happened.

Episode 2 — The Whisper

Sunday, June 1, 2003 (My 30th Birthday)

Theme:
When God spoke in a way I had never experienced before.

Questions explored:

• What happened in that room?
• What was whispered?
• Why didn’t I understand it?
• Why did I leave the hospital carrying a message instead of an explanation?This episode ends with the realization that the meaning would only become clear outside the hospital.

Episode 3 — Two Weeks in the Desert

Theme:
The journey from the hospital to understanding.Questions explored:

• The final week in the hospital.
• The first week after discharge.
• The people God used.
• The events that slowly unlocked the meaning of the whisper.
• The place God had already prepared before I knew it existed.This episode concludes with the whisper finally making sense and marks the beginning of a new direction in my life.

Returning to the Beginning

With the mystery of the whisper established, the story returns to where everything began.

1973 — The Beginning

From this point onward, the journey unfolds chronologically:

The Second Testament transitions from completed history into the present.
It follows the continuing journey as it unfolds, without knowing what tomorrow holds. Readers walk the journey alongside me in real time.
